Returns Policy – Inter-Spice.com Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Return Conditions

  1. Products must be in original condition with all original labels and tags attached.
  2. Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
  3. Items must show no signs of use.

Important: If returned items do not meet these conditions, we regret that we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Always ship your return with a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of tracked shipping.
  • Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of error on our part).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and return label.
  2. Send an email to: info@inter-spice.com
  3. Once authorized, package your items securely and ship them back using a tracked service.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and credited back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement. After 5 minutes, orders enter processing and cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel: Email info@inter-spice.com immediately after placing your order.

Wrong Item or Size?

If you received the wrong spice, blend, or size, we will send the correct item free of charge, including return shipping for the incorrect product.
