Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship to all of Canada? A: Yes! We offer free shipping to every province and territory in Canada — no minimum order required.

Q: How long does delivery take? A:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total: 6–9 business days from order You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Absolutely! Use the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email on our Track & Trace page.

Q: What if my order is delayed or lost? A:

  • We’ll reship free of charge if delayed beyond 14 days.
  • If not delivered within 30 days, you’ll get a full refund. Contact us at info@inter-spice.com.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Not yet — we currently serve Canada only. International shipping coming in 2026!


Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A:

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes — within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled. Email info@inter-spice.com immediately.

Q: I received the wrong item or size. What now? A: We’ll send the correct item free of charge, including return shipping. Just reply to your order confirmation with a photo.

Q: Are prices in CAD? Do they include tax? A: Yes — all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable GST/HST/PST. No surprises at checkout!


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A:

  • 30-day return window from delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with tags/labels
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless defective or wrong item)
  • Use a tracked service — lost returns without tracking are not refunded

Q: How do I start a return? A:

  1. Email info@inter-spice.com with your order number
  2. We’ll send a return authorization & label
  3. Ship back within 14 days of approval
  4. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receipt

Q: Are perishable items returnable? A: No — opened or used spices, herbs, or blends cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: When will I get my refund? A: Within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get an email confirmation.


Products & Quality

Q: Are your spices fresh? A: Yes! We source directly from growers and grind & pack to order. Most blends are made within 48 hours of shipping.

Q: Are your products organic or allergen-free? A:

  • Select items are certified organic (look for the 🌱 icon)
  • We process in a facility that handles nuts, sesame, and mustard
  • Full allergen info on each product page

Q: Can I request custom blends? A: Yes! Contact us for custom spice mixes (minimum 500g). Pricing available on request.

Q: How should I store my spices? A: Keep in a cool, dark, dry place in airtight containers. Whole spices last 2–3 years, ground 6–12 months.


Account & Privacy

Q: Do I need an account to order? A: No — guest checkout is available. But an account saves your details for faster future orders!

Q: How do I update my email preferences? A: Click “Unsubscribe” in any email or log in to My Account > Preferences.

Q: Is my data safe? A: 100%. We comply with PIPEDA and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
